Change Post-It - Collaboration
Change Post-its are ideas we come across as we scan the internet and other sources for new ideas that might assist change agents. The thinking behind this type of post is that it should contain an eclectic range of resources that take less than a few seconds to scan. Tell us what works!
Something to read: On February 15th the 11th chapter of the best-selling book Wikinomics was published – entitled the “Wikinomics Playbookâ€. Download your free copy and find out for example, why your organization should wiki and the importance of “wiki-gardeners†- the unique role of administrators and leaders.
Something to experiment with: If you need a free online collaborative space where you can give presentations or collaborate on documents then you might want to check out Vyew – www.vyew.com. Check out this review which lists some of the online collaborative tools from whiteboarding to web presentations.
Something to listen to: A different approach to fostering creativity and radical innovation: listen to Charles Leadbeater make the case for “open innovation†and learn about how mountain bikes were invented!
